![]() ![]() I have two 85 rogues and have been playing rogues since 1.goddamn3.īlizzard's mentality = "Let's punish everyone because a tiny minority of the player-base benefited from using their class abilities and skill! OH NOE!" And don't be telling me that you regularly farm multiple mobs at a time 'cause I know that's bullshit. ![]() Now I have to grind one mob at a time like a schlub because rogues suck at taking on more than one at a time. But I'd farm the instance five times in a row before being locked out, go on a break, come back, do it again.Īnd most importantly, I enjoyed it. Many other rogues I sent there telling them how good it was to get gems and blues and greens and gold from the chests which I DE'd and cut (as an enchanter and JC), couldn't do it. I had to solo three mobs at a time in there for each chest and it was only from skill and gear that I was able to do so. One of my favourite things to do as a rogue in TBC was to farm Mana Tombs chests. OMG! TAKE MAGES OUT OF THE GAME! THEY'RE OBVIOUSLY GAINING AN ADVANTAGE OVER ROGUES! A rogue can't portal to a dozen cities around the game world but a mage can. There are dozens of things one class can do better or differently than another, you don't go and radically alter the game to prevent them from occurring. Paladins bubble themselves before dying from a fall and I can't do that as a rogue. ![]() Hunters sic their pets onto adds whilst they mine ore nodes and I can't do that as a rogue. So what if, by using nothing more than their skill and the abilities of their class, they made gold in the game in a way that other people couldn't? Druids flower-pick in flight-form and I can't do that as a rogue. Honestly I think they should still exist, but only spawn if 4 people are in the instance and (if needed) only spawn after the first boss is killed.I've never understood this logic. They nerfed them because rogues would stealth in there and make tons of cash. ![]()
